Modern fiber laser for maximum accuracy
At the heart of our machine park is a Bystronic ByCut fiber laser, 10 kW, with a working area of 3000 × 1500 mm and capacity to process material thicknesses up to 30 mm in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel. Fiber technology provides high cutting speeds, low heat input and impressive tolerances – perfect when every detail has to be exactly right.
Complete solution from drawing to finished product
Laser cutting is only the beginning. We complement the process with punching (Prima-Power), press braking, TIG/MAG welding, CNC machining (Haas VF-4), and in-house powder coating. The result is a seamless chain where you can place everything from prototypes to series production in the same reliable hands.

Our laser cutting process
1. Design and prototype development
Together with our design engineers, your idea is transformed into finished CAD models. At this stage, the design is optimized for cost-effective laser cutting without compromising function or strength.
2. Cutting with the fiber laser
The files leave the drawing board and go directly into our fiber laser. The high power and stable cutting bed ensure clean cuts, excellent edge quality and minimal grinding before the next step.
3. Post-processing and surface finish
After laser cutting, our welders, press brake operators and powder coating specialists take over. By gathering all this expertise under one roof, we reduce transport, save time and ensure a consistent finish – from the first component to the final assembled module.
